Are They Into Me?
You have just met someone new, they’re gorgeous, funny and interesting. You are using all of your best flirting techniques and you think things are going well, you really want to take the next step and go in for that kiss, however, a rejection now would not only be devastating, but so embarrassing. So is there a way to know if someone is romantically interested in you? Well, yes there is…by learning to recognize the signs of physical attraction.
The Signs of Physical Attraction
There are distinct physical reactions that indicate when someone is interested in you. Here are the sort of things to look out for…
- Sweating Palms – Clammy palms are a classic sign of physical attraction. When we are attracted to someone, our sweat glands are spurned into action, and since there are around 3,000 sweat glands per square inch of palm, they can be a good indicator or physical attraction. Make an excuse to touch your desire’s hand, such as reading their palm, to see if their is any sweat gland action.
- Pupil Dilation – When we are attracted to someone our pupils dilate thanks to a release of dopamine. So be sure to look right into their eyes, if the pupils appear large then you could be ‘in’.
- Imitation – Imitation really is the most sincere form of flattery. When we find someone attractive we will subconsciously mirror their body language. Try leaning into the table you are talking over and see if they follow suit, it i s a good indicator that there is a definite connection.
- The Toe Point – Attraction doesn’t just have an effect on the hands, it also has an effect on the feet. If a person is attracted to us their feet will automatically point towards us, so take a sneaky look at their tootsies, when you get a chance.
