It is probably one of the strangest relationship stories I have ever heard – A Chinese man sues his wife over their ugly child and, believe it or not, he wins a whopping $120,000. It might seem incredibly harsh, but wait before you hear the full story before you make a final judgement.

Consider the situation – You have bought something online and when it gets delivered, you are disappointed to discover that the item is not at all like it was described. It stands to reason that you would return the product and ask for a full refund. Jian Feng, who lives in Northern China, followed this same principle when he found out his wife was not all she had claimed to be…

Jian says: “I married my wife out of love, but as soon as we had our first daughter, we began having marital problems. Our daughter was incredibly ugly, to the point where it horrified me.” He first accused his wife of cheating, since the young girl did not look like him; it was following these accusations that his wife finally admitted the truth…plastic surgery.

Before they met and married, Jian’s wife had spent over $100,000 in plastic surgery to transform her from pretty plain to pretty study, in an apparent case of false advertising. Jian was appalled by her revelation probably feeling that thee was a great lack of trust in the relationship. He was also still rather unhappy about the appearance of their, which is harsh by anyone’s standard.

Whether Jian was right or wrong to sue his wife, I can’t help but hope that his daughter never reads this story and learns the reason for her parent’s split.
